The Rusty Cage Band is comprised of veteran musicians who felt the Sarasota-Bradenton music scene needed an authentic country band. The Rusty Cage Band set list includes Toby Keith, Tracy Byrd, Brad Paisley and Kenny Chesney, to country stalwarts Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, George Strait and Brooks & Dunn. The Rusty Cage Band also pays homage to the legends that made country music what is today, including Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams. The Rusty Cage Band is fronted by former Misfit Ranch Band lead vocalist Rusty Cage. His vocals and acoustic guitar rhythms are the centerpiece of the band. fresh off a stint with Misfit Ranch, gives the band a kick in the pants with his rockin-country guitar pickin.
