New to the Aja concept, Aja Wiregrass will have a full menu, from Executive Chef Joshua Melich (Morton's of Chicago, Renaissance Vinoy, Gallagher's) with innovative offerings for the lounge customer and the casual diner. Our bar menu will feature a great variety of sumptuous cocktails with over 30 specialty cocktails martinis, and an impressive reserve wine list alongside the traditional top shelf liquors and wines and beers. The expanded menu allows for off-site catering of private events as well.

An inverted dome, with flanking contoured wood ceilings is the centerpiece of the space, and the interior will showcase color changing accent lighting. Moreover, adding to this is s rich mixture of materials including 2 bars of onyx and one of concrete plaster, 27 individually sculptured acrylic pendant lights, custom wall coverings, mosaic tile throughout, exquisite restrooms, 12 HD plasmas, a large stage for entertainment, a full sound system, state of the art kitchen, seating for over 250, and a total capacity of 600.
