Table & Tap is the first restaurant to open in Babcock Ranch. Our mission and menu reflect the values of this community: Getting back to the roots of farm-to-table dining, serving fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a modern, artisan flair.
We grow a variety of microgreens, herbs, spices and vegetables right here in the Babcock Ranch community garden that are incorporated into many of our dishes and daily specials. Our flavored honeys are harvested onsite at Babcock Ranch, too, including palmetto, citrus, blueberry and orange blossom. Other menu items are sourced from local and national farms that promote sustainable and responsible farming. Inactive as of 7/12/23
